What You’ll Do
· Quality Control: Ensure pools are maintained to **ASP standards**, including proper use of chemicals, PoolBrain documentation, and cleanliness.
· Training: Train new maintenance techs and provide ongoing education to improve team performance.
· Sales: Drive sales by identifying pool issues and offering solutions to maintenance customers.
· Scheduling: Work with PoolBrain and maintenance techs to optimize scheduling and route efficiency, while adding new maintenance accounts.
· Customer Satisfaction: Address and resolve customer complaints promptly, ensuring 100% satisfaction.
· Growth: Help grow the ASP maintenance department by acquiring new accounts and maintaining excellence with current ones.
· Hands-On Support: Assist in cleaning and maintaining commercial pools when needed, ensuring all work meets ASP’s high standards.
What We’re Looking For
1. CPO Certification: Required. NPC certification is a plus but not necessary.
2. Leadership Skills: Experience supervising or leading a team.
3. Customer Focus: A commitment to delivering exceptional service and resolving issues efficiently.
4. Sales Ability: Strong skills in identifying opportunities and driving sales.
5. Technical Knowledge: Expertise in pool maintenance, chemicals, and equipment.
6. Organizational Skills: Ability to manage schedules, routes, and team performance.
